Amazon Try & Buy is a new service where users can order and schedule a “trial” of a smartphone at their home. The Try and Buy costs ₹149, and users can purchase and schedule a trial at their desired time. An Amazon representative will arrive at the specified time, and users will get 20 minutes to try out the device.
Users can experience the device hands-on, including making calls, performance tests, camera quality, and more. After the trial, users can decide to complete the purchase through their Amazon account and keep the device. If not proceeding with the order, the representative will collect the device, and a return will be initiated.
The Amazon Try & Buy service for the OnePlus Open is now available for ₹149 and is limited to specific pincodes in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru. Currently, the Try & Buy service is not available for any other device on Amazon.
