ASUS has announced its ROG Phone 9 Series in the global markets. The company has launched three new devices: the ROG Phone 9, the ROG Phone 9 Pro, and the ROG Phone 9 Pro Edition. The ROG Phone 9 series is available in China, Taiwan, Europe, and America. The company has not revealed any timeline for an Indian launch. The India prices mentioned above are approximate converted prices.
ASUS ROG Phone 9 Series: Features and Specifications
The ROG Phone 9 series features the same style and DNA as the previous ROG phones. The phones have a matrix LED on the ROG logo at the back.
All three variants feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. The ROG Phone 9 series comes with a new 360° SoC Cooling System Gen 3 with an enlarged graphite sheet. It is placed at the centre of the device to help in heat dissipation and keep the phone cool in extended gaming sessions. The phones also get a ROG Chill Case with a Composite Vapour Chamber that can reduce temperatures by up to 17%.
The ROG Phone 9 Series also retains support for the AeroActive cooler. It is included in the box only in the top model. The cooler can also be purchased separately and attached to the phone as a clip-on accessory.
The ROG Phone 9 series also has AI-powered gaming features. These include AI Noise Cancellation, X Sense 3.0 for improved graphics, and X Capture 2.0, which can automatically record your key moments of gameplay.
