POCO F6 Deadpool Edition Launched
POCO equips the POCO F6 Deadpool Edition with a special deep and red coloured panel on the rear and a Deadpool and Wolverine design. POCO has designed the ring LED flashlight, which will resemble Deadpool’s eyes. The company also equips the charger and sim ejector tool with similar design elements.

The POCO M6 Plus 5G will be the latest affordable smartphone from the brand, which will go official on August 1. The smartphone will be exclusive to Flipkart, similar to other POCO smartphones. POCO has confirmed that the device will sport a 108MP primary camera with 3x in-sensor zoom.

Apple to Ditch Qualcomm 5G Chips
A report from reputable Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo revealed Apple is working on its proprietary 5G chips to replace the Qualcomm X-Series of 5G modems, which power the current gen iPhones. The analyst confirms that Apple will use its proprietary modem with the upcoming iPhone SE 4 and iPhone 17.
Apple is expected to ditch the Qualcomm 5G modems in a phased manner, as they have renewed their contract with Qualcomm until 2027. Read more here.
Microsoft Bing Gets Gen AI Search Results
Microsoft will now use AI to analyse the top search results to provide a quick summary similar to Google’s AI Overviews. The company will use its generative AI large language models (LLMs) with the Bing search engine to present a quick AI-generated summary. Microsoft will also mention the source of information in the summary.

OpenAI Launches SearchGPT
OpenAI has introduced the SearchGPT, an AI-powered search engine that will rival Google. The new search engine is currently in the prototype stage and will be performed similarly to Google’s search engine. The SearchGPT search engine will provide information to users based on the information available on the internet.
