Apple has announced the iPhone 16 Series, Apple Watch Series 10, and Apple AirPods 4 at the Glowtime event. Realme has revealed the launch date and the key specifications of the Realme Pad 2 Lite in India. Let’s look at the top five important news stories of the day.

Apple iPhone 16 Series Launched

Apple continues to equip the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus with a 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch Super Retina XDR display. The smartphones have the newest A18 chipset with a 16-core Neutral Engine. The iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max get a newer 6.3-inch and 6.9-inch Super XDR display and are powered by the A18 Pro chipsets.

Apple AirPods 4 and Apple Watch Series 10 Launched

Apple has introduced the Apple AirPods 4 and the Apple AirPods 4 ANC starts at Rs 12,900. Both get a USB Type C port and wireless charging support. The charging case also houses an in-built speaker, making it easier for users to access the device. The Apple Watch Series 10 gets the biggest display on any Apple smartwatch and is powered by the Apple S10 chipset.

Apple has priced the Apple Watch Series 10 at Rs 46,900 and Rs 56,900 for the GPS and cellular variants, respectively. Read more here.

Realme Pad 2 Lite India Launch Date

Realme will launch the Realme Pad 2 Lite on September 13 and will be available through Flipkart and the Realme India e-Store. The tablet will be powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 SoC and sport a 2K Eye Comfort display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The tablet will be backed by a large 8,300mAh battery and run Realme UI 5.0 out of the box.

boAt Storm Call 3 Plus Launched

boAt has launched the Storm Call 3 Plus smartwatch with a 1.96-inch HD display with 240 x 288 resolution and supports DIY Watch Face Studio. boAt equips the device with heart rate monitoring, SpO2 tracking, sleep analysis, and more. The company claims the smartwatch offers a battery life of up to seven days and gets an IP67 rating.

Sony SA-D40M2 100W Home Theatre Launched

Sony has introduced the Sony SA-D40M2 home theatre with 100W output and a 4.1 channel configuration. The company has integrated four compact satellite speakers and one subwoofer to offer a surround sound. Sony has equipped the home theatre with support for wireless music streaming via Bluetooth with a wireless range of 10m.
