HONOR recently launched the HONOR Magic 7 series smartphones in China. As the brand prepares for the global launch, we at MySmartPrice have spotted the global variant of the HONOR Magic 7 Pro across multiple global certifications.
HONOR Magic 7 Pro on Multiple Certifications
Thailand’s NBTC certification reveals that HONOR will launch a smartphone with the PTP-N49 model number and the HONOR Magic 7 Pro marketing name. We also spotted the device in the GCF certification with the PTP-N49 model number, suggesting its imminent launch in the UK.
The EEC certification also revealed the same model number, which means it will launch in the European markets. The smartphone’s dimensions and weight have been revealed by the SGS Fimko certification.
As per the certification, the Magic 7 Pro with the PTP-N49 model number will measure 162.17 x 77.10 x 8.80 mm and weigh 223 grams. The PTP-N49 model number was also spotted on the TUV certification, which confirms that it will have class III protection.
The Geekbench database reveals the HONOR smartphone with the PTP-N49 model number scored 3,112 points in single-core and 9,259 points in multi-core tests. It will be powered by an octa-core SoC with the SM8750 codename, a 3.53GHz base clock speed, and an Adreno 830 GPU.
The identifiers confirm that the global variant will also be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC. It also adds that the chipset will pair with 12GB of RAM and run Android 15 out of the box, likely based on MagicOS 9.
The Geekbench AI database shows that the Magic 7 Pro achieved a single-precision score of 264, a half-precision score of 240, and a quantised score of 555. The listing also confirms the SoC and other details previously revealed in the standard Geekbench database.
For those unfamiliar, Geekbench AI evaluates the performance of CPUs, GPUs, and Neural Processing Units (NPUs) in executing machine learning tasks. The tests assess speed, accuracy, and efficiency in handling AI workloads.
