iQOO Z10 Turbo Series China Launch Date Announced: Check Details

iQOO is set for the launch of the iQOO Z10 Turbo series smartphones on April 28 in China. The upcoming series will consist of the iQOO Z10 Turbo and iQOO Z10 Turbo Pro. The brand has shared the teasers on Weibo (Chinese microblogging platform) confirming the design of the upcoming smartphones.

iQOO Z10 Turbo Series: All We Know So Far

The microsite has gone live on iQOO China’s website, allowing interested customers in the market to pre-register for the upcoming handsets. The teasers reveal that the Z10 Turbo series will be available in gold, white, orange and black shades.

The device will feature a squircle camera module housing dual cameras and a ring light. The iQOO Z10 Turbo and Z10 Turbo Pro will sport a boxy frame with rounded corners. The teasers also confirm the presence of a power button and volume rockers on the right.

The Z10 Turbo Pro is confirmed to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 SoC. It will be paired with a 7,000mm2 ice cool VC liquid cooling system. The vanilla Z10 Turbo will house a 7,620mAh ultra-thin BlueVolt battery with 90W FlashCharge wired fast charging support.

In contrast, the Pro variant will sport a smaller 7,000mAh BlueVolt battery with faster 120W FlashCharge wired charging tech. The device is claimed to charge up to 50% in 15 minutes. It will measure only 8.09mm thick and weigh 206 grams.

The Geekbench listing suggests that the vanilla Z10 Turbo could house the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 SoC. Both the Z10 Turbo series smartphones could flaunt a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K OLED resolution and 144Hz refresh rate.

In terms of optics, the Z10 Turbo will have a 50MP main camera and a 2MP secondary camera. The Z10 Turbo Pro is tipped to feature an 8MP ultrawide camera instead of the secondary macro camera.
