Madhav Sheth, CEO of HTech (HONOR India), has sparked excitement in the Indian smartphone market with a new teaser hinting at the launch of a device powered by NxtQuantum OS. The upcoming smartphone is set to focus heavily on user privacy, offering a secure UI experience designed to protect personal data. As Sheth puts it, “Privacy and trust aren’t features—they’re fundamentals,” highlighting the brand’s commitment to data protection at the core level.
The teaser also includes the phrase “BuiltForYou, India Se, Sabke Liye“, which translates to “From India, For Everyone“. This tagline underlines the brand’s ambition to create a product rooted in Indian innovation while catering to a broader global audience. Although the teaser keeps the hardware under wraps, it strongly hints that the phone will ship with the new NxtQuantum OS.
In a parallel move, Sheth is also laying the groundwork for Alcatel’s comeback in India. The first model expected under this initiative is the Alcatel V3 Ultra, which could also run on NxtQuantum OS. Early images suggest the phone will ship with a built-in stylus and a triple rear camera setup. Additional renders reveal a sleek, hole-punch display design with minimal bezels—hinting at a modern and productivity-focused smartphone.
I can’t share all the details yet, but I’m excited to say I chose the black box. It truly outshines the other options in elegance and class.

NxtQuantum OS is more likely to be a custom Android skin with privacy-focused features. However, the design and other UI elements are not known at the moment.
Alcatel Mobile Phones Making a Comeback in India with Madhav Sheth
After parting ways with Realme, Madhav Sheth established HTech India in 2023 with the goal of introducing HONOR smartphones to the Indian market. Despite these ambitions, the company has encountered some internal hurdles that have delayed the launch of new devices.
While Sheth remains at the helm of HTech India, he recently revealed plans for a fresh initiative focused on bringing Alcatel smartphones to India. Alongside this announcement, he posted images of the Alcatel V3 Ultra’s packaging on his X (formerly Twitter) account, suggesting this model might debut running the new NxtQuantum OS.
For context, Alcatel is a well-known French smartphone brand with operations worldwide. In India, however, licensing for Alcatel devices is managed by NxtCell, which has recently partnered with Dixon Technologies—a major local manufacturer that produces phones for brands like Xiaomi and other OEMs.
Putting these pieces together, it appears likely that we may soon witness the arrival of Alcatel smartphones powered by NxtQuantum OS in India. That said, official confirmation remains pending.

Alcatel has officially announced its return to the Indian market, and its dedicated microsite is already live on Flipkart, signaling a possible launch soon. That said, the teaser shared by Madhav Sheth for NxtQuantum OS points to a separate product page, leaving many details unclear at this time.
