We have been hearing some rumors surrounding the upcoming Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite for a couple of days. Now, we have spotted a new Xiaomi smartphone on FCC certification, with model number M2101K9AG. This is the upcoming Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite, the successor to Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite which was released only in Europe. Apart from the model number, the FCC certification has also revealed the battery capacity of the upcoming Xiaomi device. The listing also reveals the storage options in which the Mi 11 Lite might retail. Let us have a look at the information revealed via Mi 11 Lite FCC certification.
Mi 11 Lite Moniker Confirmed!
Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite appears with model number M2101K9AG on the FCC certification website, and also reveals that it will run MIUI 12 out of the box, which should be based on Android 11. Other than this, the listing also confirms that the smartphone will come in 6GB+64GB, and 6GB+128GB memory-storage configurations.
FCC certification also reveals that the upcoming Mi 11 Lite will be equipped with a 4,150mAh battery unit. Though, the battery will carry a 4,250mAh typical capacity. Also, the Mi 11 Lite will support 33W fast-charging as revealed in the FCC listing.
The battery on the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite will carry model number BP42, which is supplied by Zhuhai Cosmox Battery Co. Ltd., and Sunwoda Electronics Co Ltd. FCC certification also confirms that the smartphone will feature Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity along with 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi.
The smartphone is said to feature a 120Hz LCD display, this might be disappointing for some since the Mi 10 Lite offered an AMOLED display. Other than this, there are rumors that the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G SoC, which is a 4G processor. It is the same processor that powers POCO X3 NFC, and POCO X3.
To those unaware, Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite, launched last year, comes equipped Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SoC which offers 5G connectivity. So, this is something that we find a bit hard to digest.
