Motorola is planning to launch a new smartphone in India. The brand has started dropping teasers on Flipkart, which hints at an Edge-series phone, possibly the Edge 60 Fusion. Here’s what to expect.
Motorola Edge 60 Fusion Coming Soon
91Mobiles spotted two teaser banners on Flipkart, which had the hashtag “MotoEdgeLegacy.” While it doesn’t reveal the name of the phone, the first banner had the tagline, “Experience the Edge, Live the Fusion,” which is a clear indicator of the Edge 60 Fusion.
However, this was later changed to “Experience the extraordinary.” Confusion around this continues, but we should get some official information soon to clear the air.
The phone is said to be a game-changer and could come with midrange pricing. To recall, the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion, launched last year, has exciting features like a 144Hz display, a Snapdragon 7 Gen 2 chipset, 50MP dual rear cameras, a clean Android experience, and more, for under Rs 25,000. Currently, the phone can be grabbed at a starting price of Rs 19,999.
While there is very little information regarding the Edge 60 Fusion available at the moment, popular leaker Evan Blass, showcased its design. The post shows a slightly curved display and a sleek phone with four camera housings. There is a high chance only two of them will be functional. It could have a 50MP LYT primary camera.
The Edge 60 Fusion could be available in teal, purple, and pink. It is also likely to have an AMOLED display. A report by 91Mobiles Hindi hints at an 8GB+256GB RAM/Storage variant, and we expect more configurations.
Since Motorola has yet to provide more information about its upcoming Edge 60 Fusion phone, it would be best to wait for more details to arrive so that we can get more clarity. We will keep you updated, so stay tuned.
