Motorola is preparing to launch a new Edge phone, the Edge 60 Fusion, in India. Rumours have started making the rounds and the latest piece of information hints at the phone’s launch date and specs. Let’s see what Motorola’s next mid-range phone will bring to the table.

Motorola Edge 60 Fusion Details Leaked

An X post by leaker Abhishek Yadav, the Motorola Edge 60 Fusion will launch in India on April 2. The phone is expected to be available starting April 9. The phone’s teaser banner was recently spotted on Flipkart. This suggests that the launch will indeed happen soon. We are still awaiting official details, though.

Yadav has also thrown light on the Edge 60 Fusion’s specs. The smartphone is expected to feature a 6.7-inch Quad-Curve AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The Edge 50 Fusion, its successor, supports a 144Hz refresh rate, so, this could be a slight downgrade. However, it won’t make a lot of difference in real-world usage.

The device is also expected to get the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset and dual rear camera: a 50MP Sony LYT700 main snapper and a 13MP ultra-wide lens. The selfie shooter could stand at 32MP.

The Edge 60 Fusion may support an IP69 rating and MLT-810 STD certification. The post also hints at a 5,500mAh battery, which is bigger than what the Edge 50 Fusion offers.

As for the design, renowned leaker Evan Blass posted a few shots of the phone. Going by the images, we can expect four camera housings at the back (instead of the Edge 50 Fusion’s two) and refreshing pastel shades.

A previous 91Mobiles Hindi report suggests that the phone’s 8GB+256GB model could be priced at Euros 350 (approximately Rs 32,000) but this could be less in India.

Other details remain unknown and since we lack official information, it’s best to wait for something more concrete. Considering the leak spree has begun, we expect Motorola to announce something soon. We will keep you posted, so, stick around for further updates.
