Nokia, earlier this year, launched the Nokia C21 and the Nokia C21 Plus smartphones under the C-series. Now, it appears that the brand is planning to launch one more smartphone under the entry-level C-series. The upcoming C-series handset from the house of HMD Global will be the Nokia C31. We have spotted the upcoming Nokia C31 on the Geekbench benchmark database.
The benchmark listing for the upcoming Nokia smartphone reveals some of the key specifications. Let us take a closer look at the Nokia C31 Geekbench scores and the specifications revealed in the benchmark listing.
Nokia C31 will be powered by a UniSoC Processor!
The Nokia C31 managed to score 145 points in the single-core round of the Geekbench 5 test. Whereas, in the multi-core round, the score was recorded as 796 points. The benchmark listing also reveals the presence of an octa-core processor with a 4 + 4 core configuration and 1.60GHz peak frequency. As per the listing, the smartphone will be powered by a UniSoC processor and PowerVR Rogue GE8322 GPU.
Based on the Geekbench listing, it appears that the upcoming Nokia C31 could be powered by a UniSoC SC9863A processor. This is the same processor that powers other C-series smartphones – the Nokia C21 and Nokia C21 Plus. The benchmark listing further reveals that the Nokia C31 will come equipped with 4GB of RAM. It will boot Android 12 out of the box.
This is the first time when the Nokia C31 has been spotted on a certification website, so nothing much is known about the handset in terms of specifications. However, we can expect the Nokia C31 to appear on other certification websites in the coming weeks/months which should help us learn more about the smartphone.
