Nothing has started rolling out the Nothing OS 2.6 update for the Nothing Phone (2), announced in July 2023. The latest Nothing OS 2.6 update is an incremental one over Nothing OS 2.5.6, which was rolled out in June 2024. The update brings support for CMF’s products. Here are the details.

The Nothing OS 2.6 update is 87MB in size and brings a couple of new features for the Nothing Phone (2). The update has included support for deleting wallpaper history in Wallpaper Studio to improve the user’s privacy.
The Weather app and widget support user-friendly prompts to add a specific city. The update brings support for displaying the battery level of the CMF Watch in the Quick Settings Bluetooth tile. Nothing has fixed the weird bug, which affects voice and call recording on WhatsApp.
