Everything We Know About Nothing Phone (3)

The post that Nothing on X (formerly Twitter) shared doesn’t reveal many details but hints that the next smartphone launch is around the corner. The teaser shows an unidentified gadget with a screw and this could be the Nothing Phone (3), which might get rounded edges.

However, there’s no confirmation whether it is for a phone launch or some other product on the horizon. We shall get more details (via possible upcoming teasers) soon.

A report from 91Mobiles Hindi previously claimed that the Phone (3) could debut around Rs 45,000 in India. It is suggested that Nothing could equip the smartphone with the recently announced Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC, thus, continuing its partnership with Qualcomm. The chipset is fabricated on a 4nm process and sports one Cortex X4 core, three Cortex A720 cores, three Cortex A520 cores, and an Adreno 735 GPU.

Nothing recently shared a device mockup for sharing the Nothinghing OS 3.0 Quick Settings panel. The device mockup used by Nothing revealed the presence of a flat display with a centred punch hole cutout and a power button on the right side.

The image also revealed an extra button beneath the power button, hinting that it could be an alert slider. The volume rockers are present on the left side of the device. If this happens, it would be the first Nothing phone to get an alert slider. The feature has been exclusive to OnePlus in the Android space.

We expect the brand to unwrap more about the upcoming smartphone in the coming weeks. So, stay tuned with us for the latest coverage on the Nothing Phone (3).
