OnePlus 11 debuts in India on February 7. At the Cloud 11 event next week, the company will unveil its new Android flagship smartphone to take on the likes of the iQOO 11 and the Samsung Galaxy S23 series. The company has been teasing the key features of the upcoming OnePlus 11 5G. The phone is already available in China. Therefore, its specifications and features are already known. What could be different for the Indian market are the RAM and storage options. A new report by PriceBaba has leaked these details in its new report.
Citing tipster Yogesh Brar, the report reveals that the OnePlus 11 will launch in India with two storage options. The phone’s base variant will have 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. There will not be a 12GB RAM option. Instead the company will launch a 16GB RAM variant of the phone. The higher RAM option will get 256GB of internal storage.
The OnePlus 11 5G launched in China comes with 12GB and 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM along with up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 internal storage. In India, it is likely that the base model will feature UFS 3.1 storage.
The report by PriceBaba also revealed that the phone will launch in India in two colours. The company has been teasing the design, which reveals the colour options but the official name has been under wraps. The Green colour variant will be called Eternal Green, whereas the one with the sandstone finish will be called Titan Black.
The OnePlus 11 5G is rumoured to come with a launch price of Rs 61,999 for the 16GB RAM variant. This is in line with some previous rumours, which claimed that the phone’s India price will range between Rs 55,000 and Rs 65,000. The price of the 8GB RAM variant is unknown at the moment.
The phone was launched in China for RMB 3999 (roughly Rs 48,900) and came with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
In terms of specifications, the 11 5G has a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 2K resolution. It has a curved display and a hole-punch cutout at the top left corner for the front camera. The display can get as bright as 1300 nits.
The phone draws power from a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC under the hood. There is a 5000mAh battery with support for 100W wired fast charging. There is a triple-camera setup on the back. The circular camera module houses a 50MP Sony IMX890 sensor with OIS support, a 48MP Sony IMX581 ultra-wide camera sensor and a 32MP Sony IMX709 telephoto sensor with 2x optical zoom. For selfies, the OnePlus 11 has a 16MP front camera. The camera setup has been tuned in collaboration with Hasselblad. The India variant of the OnePlus 11 will boot Oxygen OS 13 out of the box.
