The project is focused on three key areas, which include making more durable devices, exceptional customer service, and developing India-specific features. The brand has announced two major advancements in display technology including the world’s first DisplayMate A++ display and Green Line Worry-Free Solution.

The ProXDR display comes with a 2K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and 4,500 nits peak brightness. It is said to offer clear visibility even under the brightest sunlight. The upcoming OnePlus 13 will sport sophisticated touch technology for a seamless and intuitive experience.

The Green Line Worry-Free Solution will address the green screen concerns. OnePlus will add a new protective layer to all AMOLED displays and undertake more extreme hardware testing to minimise existing risks. It will also extend its new lifetime warranty program to all OnePlus devices against the green line on display issues.

OnePlus also increased its service centres and exclusive service centres by 22% and 11%, respectively, and aims to expand its service centres by 50% by mid-2026.

OnePlus will also upgrade half of its flagship retail stores to provide a better in-store experience, including enhanced service capabilities. It has also enhanced its online service offerings to accommodate the growing user base.

The upcoming flagship OnePlus 13 will be the first smartphone to offer 5.5G connectivity in India. It is claimed to offer an average speed enhancement of 380%. The brand will also deploy a customised signal optimisation feature specifically for places like Delhi Metro for seamless connectivity and superior network performance.

The OnePlus 13 series will also sport Steady Connect to extend Bluetooth connection range to up to 360 meters. The feature will assist Bluetooth connections in staying active in areas of heavy traffic and interference like subway stations.

Meanwhile, its Amazon microsite has gone live. It will also be available via OnePlus’ e-store. The phone will come with OxygenOS 15, several AI features, the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, and more.
