The OPPO A3x 5G was recently spotted on the China Telecom listing, hinting that the launch of the device is expected soon in China. Today, we have spotted the Indian variant of the smartphone in the Google Play Console database, confirming the India launch.
OPPO A3x 5G Google Play Console Listing
The Google Play Console listing has revealed a new OPPO smartphone with the OPPO OP5EA7L1 codename and A3x 5G moniker. The database adds that OPPO will launch the device with the CPH2693IN model number.
As per the listing, the A3x 5G will sport an HD display with a resolution of 720×1604 pixels and a pixel density of 320 PPI. The smartphone will be powered by an octa-core MediaTek SoC. The chipset has the MT6835 codename and features two Cortex A76 cores at 2.2GHz, six Cortex A55 cores at 2.0GHz, and a Mali G57 GPU.
The codename, CPU cores, and GPU confirm that OPPO will equip the device with the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC. The MediaTek chipset will be paired with 6GB of RAM. The smartphones will run Android 14 out of the box, which will likely be based on ColorOS 14.
Apart from this, the database didn’t reveal any other specifications. To recall, the China Telecom listing revealed the presence of a 6.67-inch display with a centred punch hole cutout. The dual rear camera setup of the device is said to include a 32MP primary and 2MP secondary camera. The front snapper could stand at 8MP.
The listing suggests that the device will be backed by a 5,100mAh battery. OPPO will launch the smartphone in Starlight White, Dark Night Purple, and Cloud Feather Pink colour options.
