OPPO is gearing up to launch the OPPO Reno 12 series globally. The company has already dropped a few teasers for the upcoming launch. However, it hasn’t yet revealed the OPPO Reno 12 series launch date. MySmartPrice has exclusively learnt that the OPPO Reno 12 series will debut on June 18 in Europe, and will go on sale starting June 28 courtesy of tipster Paras Guglani.
OPPO Reno 12 Pro Global Variant: Renders and Specs
Alongside, Paras has also shared the OPPO Reno 12 Pro global variant’s renders with us. The renders showcase the upcoming Reno 12 Pro in a black and silver colour option. The OPPO Reno 12 Pro global variant will offer dual-SIM card support and feature three cameras of 50MP resolution.
The OPPO Reno 12 Pro global variant will feature a curved display with a centred punch hole notch. The smartphone could support 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. It will also support 12GB virtual RAM. The phone is also expected to get AI features. However, we do not have any details about these features.
The OPPO Reno 12 Pro (global variant) was recently spotted on the Geekbench benchmark database, which revealed that it will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor, a huge downgrade compared to the Dimensity 9200+ on the Chinese variant. The handset also acquired TUV Rheinland certification, which suggests it will feature a 4,880mAh battery with 80W fast charging support.
