OPPO Reno14 Series and Pad SE Launched in India

OPPO has launched its Reno14 Series in India, introducing two new devices: the Reno14 and the Reno14 Pro. Both phones feature triple rear cameras, which include a 50MP telephoto lens with 3.5X optical zoom. They also feature an immersive 1.5K resolution OLED display and massive 6000mAh capacity batteries.

The Reno14 has a 6.59-inch OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i for durability. However, it features the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 processor, the same as its predecessor, the Reno13. OPPO has introduced a new AI-powered Dual Cooling System, which improves the thermal efficiency by up to three times.

It’s worth noting that the Reno14 Series uses a flat-style display, instead of the quad-curved design on the Reno13 models. The resolution and refresh rate have remained unchanged between the two generations.

The Reno14 Pro gets the new MediaTek Dimensity 8450 chipset, which features an all-big core design. It is 25% faster compared to the Dimensity 8350, and also offers better gaming performance. It also supports BGMI gameplay at 90fps.

The Reno14 and Reno14 Pro share the same Hypertone triple rear camera setup. This consists of a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, a 50MP telephoto lens with OIS and 3.5X optical zoom, and an 8MP ultrawide lens. They also have a 50MP selfie camera in common.

ColorOS 15 also brings AI VoiceScribe for transcription, AI Translate for real-time translation, and AI Mind Space for sorting photos on your device.

OPPO has promised five major Android updates and six years of security patches. The devices run on ColorOS 15 based on Android 15 out of the box.

The Reno14 is powered by a 6000mAh battery, and the Reno14 Pro gets a 6200mAh capacity. Both support 80W SuperVOOC charging. The Reno14 Pro also has additional support for 50W wireless charging.
