POCO F7 Pro and POCO F7 Ultra Spotted on Indonesia Telecom Listing, Monikers Confirmed

Highlights
  • The POCO F7 series will pack large-sized batteries.
  • The smartphones could be powered by flagship SoCs.

POCO is reportedly in the development of the POCO F7 series smartphones for the global markets. Team MySmartPrice has spotted the POCO F7 Pro and the POCO F7 Ultra smartphones on the Indonesia Telecom website.

POCO F7 Series Indonesia Telecom Listing

The Indonesia Telecom website has listed two new POCO smartphones with the 24117RK2CG and 24122RKC7G model numbers. The website adds that the model numbers will launch with the POCO F7 Pro and POCO F7 Ultra monikers. The G in the model numbers stands for the global variant of the device.

However, the telecom listing doesn’t reveal any other details of the smartphones. To recall, our folks at MySmartPrice previously identified the model numbers on the IMDA certification. The certification divulged the support for 5G mobile connectivity, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and NFC.

Rumours on the web suggest that the POCO F7 Pro and the POCO F7 Ultra might be the rebrands of the Redmi K80 and Redmi K80 Pro. The F7 Pro is expected to pack the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. It will sport a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 20MP selfie camera.

The device will also likely house a 6,550mAh battery with 90W wired fast charging tech. Both the Pro and Ultra will flaunt a 6.67-inch OLED display with 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.

In contrast, the POCO F7 Ultra will come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC and boot HyperOS 2.0 based on Android 15. The handset will house a 50MP primary snapper, a 32MP ultrawide camera, a 50MP 2.5x telephoto, and a 20MP selfie camera. It will sport a smaller 6,000mAh battery with faster 120W charging.

More details of the smartphones are expected to be revealed officially once the launch nears. So stay tuned.
