The POCO F7 Series could soon debut in global markets as early as March 2025. The company is expected to release two new phones, the POCO F7 Pro and the POCO F7 Ultra. These are believed to be performance-centric phones inspired by the Redmi K80 Series in China. Here’s what we know so far.
POCO F7 Series Global Launch Date Tipped
As per an X (formerly Twitter) post from tipster TechXpert (@TX_Tech_Xpert), the global launch of the POCO F7 Series is expected to happen on March 27. Renowned leakster Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd) further added that this launch may include the POCO F7 Pro and the POCO F7 Ultra.
POCO has not officially confirmed any details, so this news should be taken with a pinch of salt. However, both phones have cleared multiple global certifications which hints that this date could actually be true.

POCO India Head Himanshu Tandon recently asked users on his X profile whether the company should bring the POCO F7 Pro and POCO F7 Ultra to India. The post has received 250+ replies and a majority of the fans have requested to bring both devices to India. However, Himanshu has not yet shared any official confirmation.
POCO F7 Pro, POCO F7 Ultra Specifications (Expected)
The POCO F7 Pro and POCO F7 Ultra are said to have similar specifications as the Redmi K80 and Redmi K80 Pro respectively, which were launched in China in November 2024.
The POCO F7 Pro could feature a 6.67-inch OLED screen with a QHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The device may equip the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, along with a 50MP+8MP dual rear camera setup. The battery capacity is expected to be 5380mAh with support for 90W fast charging.
The POCO F7 Ultra is said to share the same display as the base model. This phone may get the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset with up to 16GB RAM. It is expected to get an upgraded triple camera setup of a 50MP primary +32MP ultrawide + 50MP telephoto lens. The device could be powered by a 6000mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.
The POCO F7 Ultra was also recently spotted on Geekbench AI with the model number 24122RKC7G. The G here indicates that this is a global variant. The listing also confirms that the device has the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor with 16GB RAM.
