POCO is gearing up for the POCO M7 series smartphones for the Indian market. Today, our team at MySmartPrice has spotted the Indian variant of the POCO M7 5G in the Geekbench listing.
POCO M7 5G Geekbench Listing
The Geekbench database reveals that the upcoming Xiaomi smartphone with the 24108PCE2I model number will launch soon. The “I” in the model number confirms the Indian variant of the device has appeared on Geekbench. The model number was previously revealed to be associated with the M7 5G.
The listing reveals that the device has scored 919 points in single-core and 2,171 points in multi-core tests. The upcoming smartphone will run Android 14 out of the box and house the Parrot motherboard and Walt governor. It will be powered by an octa-core SoC with two cores at 2.21GHz, six cores at 1.96GHz, and an Adreno 613 GPU.
The details confirm that POCO will launch the smartphone with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC. For those unaware, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC is fabricated on a 4nm process that has two Cortex-A78 cores and six Cortex-A55 cores. The database also adds the phone will be paired with up to 6GB of RAM.
Earlier reports suggest the upcoming POCO M7 5G will be a rebrand of the Redmi 13R 5G launched in China. POCO is expected to announce the launch details after unveiling the POCO C75 5G and POCO M7 Pro 5G on December 17. So, stay tuned.
