POCO could soon announce the POCO X7 series smartphones for the global markets, including India. We at MySmartPrice have spotted the Indian variant of the POCO X7 Neo with the 2409FPCC4I model number in the Geekbench listing.
POCO X7 Neo Geekbench Listing
The Geekbench listing reveals that the upcoming POCO smartphone with the 2409FPCC4I model number has scored 943 points in single-core and 2,247 points in multi-core tests. It adds that the SoC will be paired with 6GB of RAM and the smartphone will boot Android 14 out of the box.
The smartphone is likely to come with HyperOS based on Android 14. Although the database indicates the presence of the Beryl motherboard, it does not confirm the name of the SoC.
The upcoming X7 Neo will be powered by an octa-core SoC with two cores at 2.50GHz, six cores at 2.0GHz, and a PowerVR B-Series BXM-8-256 GPU. The octa-core setup suggests it could be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7025 or the Dimensity 7025 Ultra.
Both the Dimensity 7025 and the Dimensity 7025 Ultra chipsets have two Cortex A78 cores at 2.50GHz and six Cortex A55 cores at 2.0GHz. However, the listing indicates that it might be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7025 Ultra, similar to the Redmi Note 14 5G, unveiled recently in India.
To recall, POCO unveiled the POCO X6 Neo as an affordable variant of the Redmi Note 13 5G. We expect POCO to continue the trend and launch the POCO X7 Neo with some minor differences than the Redmi Note 14 5G.
More details are expected to be unfolded in the coming days. So stay tuned.
