The battery has appeared with the model number EB-BF958ABY, which could belong to the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 Ultra. Here’s why we think so: the “BF” in the model number represents a battery for a fold or flip series device. Samsung Fold battery model numbers start with “BF9,” and Flip battery model numbers start with “BF7.” This makes us believe that EB-BF958ABY is the battery for an upcoming Fold model.
Interestingly, this is the second battery for the device. We have spotted another battery for the rumoured Galaxy Z Fold 6 Ultra on the BIS certification with the model numbers EB-BF959ABE and EB-BF959ABY.

Samsung has remained tight-lipped about its upcoming foldable device, but details are starting to emerge. Renowned tipster Ice Universe has hinted (via Weibo) that the new model will sport a wider cover screen, boasting a 19.5:9 aspect ratio akin to the Galaxy S24 Ultra. This cover screen is rumoured to measure 6.5 inches, while the internal display could be 8 inches, larger than the Galaxy Z Fold 5’s panels.
