
Realme has announced the launch of the Realme GT 7 Pro smartphone in India. The teaser shared on X (formerly Twitter) confirms that it will be unveiled in November in the country and will be introduced in China this month.
Realme GT 7 Pro: Everything We Know So Far
The Realme GT 7 Pro will be the first smartphone in India to be unveiled with the newly announced flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC. The phone will be available through Amazon India, Realme India e-Store, and offline stores. The brand has yet to confirm the other details of the GT 7 Pro smartphone.
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC is a successor to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC introduced last year. The flagship SoC uses a custom Qualcomm Oryon CPU with a peak clock speed of up to 4.3GHz.
It is claimed to offer 45% faster CPU performance and 44% better efficiency than its predecessor. The chipset houses two prime cores at 4.32GHz, six performance cores at 3.53GHz, a new Adreno GPU, and a faster Qualcomm Hexagon NPU.
The new GPU and NPU are claimed to offer 40% faster and 45% better AI performance.
The Realme GT 7 Pro is confirmed to sport a periscope telephoto camera. Other expected specifications include an IP68/IIP69 rating, a 6,500mAh battery with 120W wired charging, a Qualcomm Ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, and more.
