Xiaomi India has confirmed the launch date of the Redmi A4 5G smartphone in India. The phone will be unveiled on November 20 in the country and will be available through the Xiaomi India e-store. Here’s what to expect.
Redmi A4 5G: All We Know So Far
The budget Redmi A4 5G smartphone, which is tailored for India, will pack the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4s Gen 2 SoC. The chipset is fabricated on a 4nm process with FHD+ display support, 12-bit ISP camera support, and more. The global debut of the SoC is set alongside the launch of the smartphone in the country.

The microsite on Xiaomi India’s website has revealed that the Redmi A4 5G will flaunt a 6.88-inch display with an old-school waterdrop style notch and 120Hz refresh rate. It will sport a circular camera module on the rear housing, dual cameras, and LED flash. The camera setup will include a 50MP primary camera with AI functions.
The smartphone will be backed by a 5,160mAh battery with wired fast charging support. It will flaunt a Halo glass sandwich design at the back for a premium finish and come in two colour options, which are likely to be black and pink.
