Redmi seems to be preparing to expand its most popular Note lineup with the new Note 14 5G. Today, our team has spotted the device on Thailand’s NBTC (National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission) and Singapore’s IMDA (Infocomm Media Development Authority) websites. Here’s everything you need to know about.
Redmi Note 14 5G on NBTC and IMDA Certification Websites
The device appeared with the 24094RAD4G model number on both websites. The NBTC certification confirmed the device’s moniker. The listing on the IMDA certification confirmed the presence of Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and NFC.
Unfortunately, none of these websites revealed any specifications of Redmi’s forthcoming offering.
Redmi Note 14 5G on Other Certification Websites
The device has already been spotted on the IMEI database, and its global variant has also surfaced on the FCC certification. The FCC listing provides key information, including the phone’s charging capabilities, software version, and more.
According to the FCC, the device will run HyperOS 1.0 and support Wi-Fi AC, Bluetooth, LTE, and various 5G NR (New Radio) bands (n2, n5, n7, n26, n38, n41, n48, n66, n77, n78). Additionally, the charger is listed with the model number MDY-12-EA, suggesting it is a 33W adapter (USB-A).
This isn’t the only device in the upcoming Note lineup. The Note 14 Pro 5G has also been seen on the 3C certification website, featuring 90W fast charging support. As with the previous Note series, we can expect at least three models: the standard Note 14, Note 14 Pro, and Note 14 Pro+.
However, the company hasn’t confirmed any of these details yet, so it’s best to take this information with caution.
