Samsung is gearing up to launch the successor to the Samsung Galaxy A15 5G smartphone. Today, our team at MySmartPrice has spotted the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A16 5G and 4G variants in the UK Carrier EE’s database.

The upcoming Samsung device has been spotted on the UK Carrier EE’s database with the SM-A166P model number and Galaxy A16 5G moniker. The 4G variant will debut with the SM-A165F model number and Galaxy A16 DUOS moniker. Take a look at the other 4G and 5G variants of the smartphone in the database. Take a look at the details.

The database is yet to reveal any other details of the upcoming Galaxy A16 smartphone. The DUOS in the moniker confirms the support for dual SIM card slots in the forthcoming affordable Samsung device.
The SM-A165F model number was previously spotted on the IMEI database, which confirmed the Galaxy A16 moniker. To recall, the Samsung Galaxy A15 5G and Galaxy A15 4G came with a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display with FHD resolution and 90Hz refresh rate.
The smartphones were powered by the Dimensity 6100+ and Helio G99 SoC, respectively. The common specifications include a 50MP primary camera, 5000mAh battery, 25W charging and more. We expect the Galaxy A16 5G and Galaxy A16 4G to sport similar specifications.
