Samsung seems to be gearing up to expand its M series portfolio with the new M series devices. Today, the team at MySmartPrice noticed that the support page for the Galaxy M05 is live in India. Here’s the complete scoop.
Samsung Galaxy M05 India Support Page
The page reveals the model number SM-M055F/DS. Unfortunately, it doesn’t provide any information about the device’s specifications. However, it surely indicates that the official launch is just around the corner.
For those who don’t know, the phone will succeed the Galaxy M04, which was launched in 2022.
Samsung Galaxy M05 on Other Certification Websites
Interestingly, this is not the first appearance of the Galaxy M05. We have spotted the device with the same model number on certification websites like Beauro of Indian Standards (BIS) and Wi-Fi Alliance certification.
The BIS listing confirmed the presence of dual SIM support, and the Wi-Fi alliance revealed that the device will have 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi support. These listings also indicate that, like most M series devices, the Galaxy M05 will have its F series sibling, the Galaxy F05. Apart from that, all the details are under wraps.
But just like its predecessor, we expect the upcoming Galaxy M05/F05 to be an ultra-affordable device, likely priced under Rs 10,000. However, until official details are released, it’s best to approach this information with caution.
