Samsung India is all set to expand the mid-range M-series lineup in India. According to a teaser microsite on the Amazon India website, the chaebol will soon launch the Galaxy M36 5G in the Indian subcontinent. The microsite claims that the new handset will set a new benchmark in the Indian smartphone market. Here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming Samsung launch.
The teaser posted by the brand on Amazon India doesn’t reveal all details about the handset but points out several key specifications. To begin with, the microsite confirms the Galaxy M36 5G nomenclature along with the tag “Monster AIcon.” This means the Galaxy M36 5G might be the first M-series device to offer Galaxy AI features.
Additionally, the brand has also posted a glimpse of the rear panel of the device in a video on the same microsite. In the video, we can see that the Galaxy M36 5G will flaunt a flat chassis with a triple camera system. There are two lenses in a single pill-shaped cutout, and the third sensor gets a circular cutout in the camera island.
The video also shows the camera island in two colour variants – silver and gold/rose gold. Other details include a slim profile, physical buttons on the right, and a SIM tray on the left edge. Apart from these, no other details have been revealed by the brand.
