Samsung recently launched its latest flagship S25 lineup, consisting of the usual vanilla S25, S25 Plus, and S25 Ultra. However, the company still has one more device from this series in the pipeline—the S25 Edge. Today, we spotted this device on the Geekbench database, which reveals some key specs and also hints that the launch is inching closer.

The device appeared with the model number SM-937B. It achieved a score of 2,806 in the single-core test and 8,416 in the multi-core test. The listing also reveals that the device will feature the same Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset found in its siblings. Additionally, the listing confirms that the phone will run on an Android 15-based OS and come with 12GB of RAM.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge Expected Specifications
Samsung’s upcoming flagship is expected to flaunt a 6.7-inch S-AMOLED LTPO panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 2,600 nits of brightness. Since it’s likely to be the slimmest model in the lineup, the device is said to have a smaller 3,900mAh battery with 25W fast charging support.
In terms of optics, the S25 Edge is expected to feature Samsung’s iconic 200MP sensor paired with a 12MP ultrawide sensor.
However, it’s important to note that Samsung has not officially confirmed any of these details. So, until we get an official announcement, it’s best to take everything with a pinch of salt.
