Samsung is gearing up for the launch of the flagship Samsung Galaxy S25 series smartphones. Today, our team at MySmartPrice has spotted the European / global mode of the Galaxy S25 series in the FCC certification.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Series FCC Certification

The FCC divulges that Samsung will soon launch three new smartphones with the SM-S931B/DS, SM-S936B/DS, and SM-S938B/DS model numbers for the global markets. To recall, the Galaxy S24 series smartphones came with SM-S92x1B model numbers.

It confirms that the model numbers appearing on the FCC database will belong to the Samsung Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra. The Galaxy S25 series smartphones were previously spotted on the IMEI database, confirming the monikers.

The vanilla Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ smartphones are tested with the EP-TA800 charging adaptor and EP-DN980 charging cable. The model numbers reveal that it will bring support for 25W wired charging and come with a Type C to Type C cable.

The database also reveals the support for wireless charging and wireless power sharing on the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+. Both smartphones are also confirmed to arrive with support for Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n/a/ac/ax/be), GNSS, UWB, DP, and NFC. The Galaxy S25 will support n1/2/3/5/7/8/12/20/25/26/28/38/40/41/66/75/77/78 5G bands.

In contrast, the Galaxy S25+ will come with support for all 5G bands except for n75. The documents also reveal that the Galaxy S25 Ultra is also tested with the EP-TA800 charging adaptor which has a 25W output. However, we expect the top-of-the-line smartphone to come with support for 45W charging similar to its predecessors.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra will also get support for the SPen, wireless charging, and wireless reverse charging. It will also sport Bluetooth 5.4, Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n/a/ac/ax/be), GNSS, UWB, DP, and NFC connectivity. The supported 5G bands include n1/2/3/5/7/8/12/20/25/26/28/38/40/41/66/77/78.
