Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 India Support Page Goes Live Ahead of Launch

Samsung is expected to announce the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event (expected next month) soon. Today, we have spotted the support page of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 on the Samsung India website.

The support page confirms that Samsung could launch a new smartphone in India soon with the SM-F956B/DS model number. The D/S in the model number denotes the inclusion of a dual SIM card slot in the upcoming Samsung smartphone. The SM-F956B/DS model number was previously spotted in multiple certifications confirming the Galaxy Z Fold 6 moniker.

A report from SmartPrix reveals that Samsung will equip the device with 6.3-inch and 7.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2x outer and inner screens with support for an adaptive refresh rate of 120Hz. Samsung will also debut the smartphone with support for the S-pen and a colour depth of 16M. The device will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Made for Galaxy SoC.

The chipset will pair with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage. The device will run One UI 6 based on Android 14. It is said the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 will sport a 50MP primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture and OIS, a 12MP ultrawide camera with an f/2.2 aperture, and a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, OIS, and a f/2.4 aperture.

Samsung will equip the device with a 4MP selfie camera with an f/1.8 aperture on the inner screen and a 10MP selfie camera with an f/2.2 aperture on the cover screen. The device will be backed by a 4,400mAh battery with 25W fast charging tech.
