Even though March 2025 is nearing its final stretch, smartphone brands show no signs of slowing down with new releases. So, the coming week again brims with some exciting smartphone launches. If the rumours are to be believed, then Realme will launch two new additions to its P series. OPPO is also gearing up to launch a durable smartphone. Besides, Google is expected to introduce the latest member of the Pixel A series. Let’s check them out:
Realme P3 and P3 Ultra:
From the first week of March, Realme started hinting at its first “Ultra” phone launch in India. Now, it is confirmed to arrive on 19 March at noon. Yup, the Realme P3 Ultra will be the first “Ultra” phone in the P series, focusing on three key areas: design, performance, and camera. In terms of performance, it will be the first phone to feature the all-new MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Ultimate SoC. Moreover, it is expected to be the slimmest phone with a quad-curved display. These are plentiful feats under the belt, aren’t they? But this doesn’t end here. The handset will have a 50MP Sony IMX896 camera with 4K 60fps video recording support. Lastly, it will pack in a massive 6,000mAh battery for your nonstop daily grind.
The Realme P3 will also share the stage with its eldest sibling on 19 March. While it may not look as electrifying as the Realme P3 Ultra on the surface, the brand has given equal weightage to this phone. It will be India’s first phone powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 processor. Furthermore, it will boast a 6050mm2 vapour chamber designed to sustain long, heavy workloads for hours. It will sport a 120Hz AMOLED screen. The phone will have an IP69 rating against dust and water. This phone, too, will feature a 6,000mAh battery.
OPPO F29 Series:
OPPO is also set to launch its new smartphones, the F29 and the F29 Pro, on 20 March. These smartphones have been extensively tested by the SGS, a Swiss company specialising in testing the durability of any product, for IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings against water and dust. In addition to this, they will flaunt a 360° Armour body.
The 6,000mAh battery will power these guys with the support for 80W charging. Also, a recent XperPick report suggested it may be a rebranded version of the A5 Pro. Some leaks pointed out that these smartphones may be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Processor.
Google Pixel 9A:
Google is speculated to join the other two companies in smartphone unveiling with the Pixel 9A. Previously, the brand was assumed to launch this smartphone at its I/O event in May 2025. However, multiple leaks recently indicated that its launch day has been cut short to 20 March.
Regarding specifications, the Tensor G4 SoC is expected to make a return in the Pixel 9A. In the software department, the phone may come with Android 15. It is also rumoured to feature a 6.28-inch OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate.
Since a few details are still unknown, we will confirm them once we receive official details. Stay tuned to MySmartPrice for more updates on the expected launches next week.
