TECNO Camon 40 Pro 4G Visits FCC Certification Ahead of Launch

[Update: December 27]: Team MySmartPrice has also spotted the vanilla TECNO Camon 40 on the FCC database with the CM5 model number. It will come with 4G LTE connectivity and in an 8GB + 256GB configuration similar to the Pro variant. The design renders showcase a design similar to the Pro variant.

The Camon 40 will pack a 5,100mAh-rated battery with a 5,200mAh typical value. The device will also support 45W wired fast charging tech.

TECNO is reportedly in the development of new Camon series smartphones. Today, our folks at MySmartPrice have spotted the TECNO Camon 40 Pro 4G on the FCC certification.

TECNO Camon 40 Pro 4G FCC Certification

The FCC certification has listed a new TECNO smartphone with the CM6 model number. The IMEI listings previously confirmed that it will sport the TECNO Camon 40 Pro 4G moniker.

As per the FCC database, the phone will support LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPRS, and NFC connectivity. It will use the 2, 4, 5, 7, 12, 38, 41, and 66 bands for LTE connectivity.

The Camon 40 Pro 4G will measure 165 x 75 x 7 mm in dimensions. The phone will pack a 5,100mAh rated battery. It will support the U450TSB adapter with 45W fast charging tech.

The schematic render also showcases the three individual camera rings on the rear alongside an LED flash. The power button and volume rockers will be present on the right side. It also confirms that it will ship in an 8GB + 256GB variant.

A report from 91Mobiles recently divulged that it will house a 5,100mAh battery citing TUV Rheinland certification. TECNO will also launch the Tecno Camon 40, Camon 40 Pro 5G, and Camon 40 Premier with the CM5, CM7, and CM8 model numbers.
