Vivo has confirmed the launch of the Vivo V40e smartphone in India. The microsite has gone live on Vivo India’s website, revealing its design and key specifications. However, the launch date is still under wraps. Here’s a look at the details.
Vivo V40e: All We Know So Far
The Vivo V40e is confirmed to launch in Royal Bronze and Mint Green colours with a design similar to the vanilla Vivo V40 series smartphones. Apart from Vivo India e-Store, the device will also be available through Flipkart. The upcoming phone will have a thickness of 7.49mm and weigh 183 grams.
The V40e will sport an Infinity Eye Camera module design with the Aura Light. The dual camera setup will include a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary camera with Professional Night Portrait mode, OIS, and an 8MP ultrawide camera. It will sport a 50MP Eye autofocus Group Selfie camera.
The smartphone is also confirmed to sport AI Portrait Suite, which will bring AI Eraser and AI Photo Enhancer features. The microsite adds that the device will flaunt a 6.77-inch 3D curved AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 100% DCI P3 colour gamut, HDR10+, and SGS low blue light certification.
The upcoming Vivo V40e will be backed by a 5,500mAh battery with support for 80W FlashCharge wired fast charging tech. More details are expected in the coming days, including the launch date. So, stay tuned.
