Vivo is rumoured to launch a new foldable phone soon. The company launched the Vivo X Fold as its first smartphone earlier this year. In the coming weeks, Vivo is expected to launch the X Fold+ in China. The phone is said to be an iterative upgrade over the X Fold 5G. Some details of the upcoming Vivo foldable phone have leaked online. The latest leak reveals the battery specs of the Fold+.

Vivo X Fold+ has been spotted on TENAA ahead of its official launch. The listing further suggests that the upcoming foldable phone’s launch is imminent. Let’s take a look at the Vivo X Fold+ specifications, features and other details known so far.

Vivo X Fold+ TENAA

The Vivo X Fold+ will feature a dual-cell battery configuration. The details of the battery, along with 5G support, were revealed via a TENAA listing. According to a listing, the phone will have a rated battery capacity of 4,600mAh. This will be a combination of two 2,300mAh batteries.

The X Fold+ will support multiple 5G bands, including N1, N28, N41, N78 and N79. In addition to this, the listing revealed that the Fold+ will run Android 12 out of the box. As expected from Vivo devices, the upcoming foldable will have a layer of Funtouch OS 12 on top of Android.

Some other details of the foldable phone have leaked in the past as well. It was spotted on Geekbench previously, which revealed that the foldable phone will launch with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC under the hood. We can expect it to arrive with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB/ 512GB of internal storage.

The foldable phone is rumoured to feature a quad-camera setup on the back. There will be a 50MP primary camera sensor, a 12MP portrait camera sensor with 2x zoom, a 48MP ultrawide camera and an 8MP periscope camera. The foldable phone will also feature a 16MP front camera.

At the front, there could be an 8.03-inch foldable display with a 120Hz refresh rate support and a 6.53-inch FHD+ AMOLED cover display. Vivo is also said to upgrade the fast charging speed to 80W on the Fold+.
