Vivo is gearing up to launch the Vivo X100 series in its domestic market. Rumours suggest that the Vivo X100 series will debut on November 17 in China. Ahead of the launch, the Vivo X100 with the model number V2309A has been spotted on the AnTuTu benchmark database.
Alongside, the Vivo X100 global variant with the model number V2308 has made an appearance on the Geekbench benchmark database. The Vivo X100 AnTuTu and Geekbench listing reveal some of its key specifications. Let us take a closer look at the details.
The Vivo X100 made an appearance on the AnTuTu database with the model number V2309A. The handset managed to grab 2249858 points in the benchmark test. In terms of the AnTuTu score, the Vivo X100 manages to beat the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 powered OnePlus 12. The listing reveals that the Vivo X100 will feature a MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC under the hood.
The MediaTek Dimensity 9300 makes use of a prime Cortex X4 core which is clocked at 3.25GHz, three Cortex X4 cores that are clocked at 2.85GHz, a four Cortex A720 cores with 2.0GHz peak frequency. It comes with an integrated Immortalis G720 MC12 GPU.
The Vivo X100 AnTuTu listing also reveals that the device will feature 16GB of LPDDR5T RAM. This means that the Vivo X100 will be the first smartphone with LPDDR5T RAM. The X-series handset manages to score 891 and 3573 points in the single-core and multi-core round of the Geekbench 6 benchmark test. The global variant of the device, as per benchmark listing, sports 12GB of RAM.
