Vivo is all set to launch the Vivo X100 series in its domestic market – China. The Vivo X100 series is expected to consist of two smartphones – the Vivo X100 and the Vivo X100 Pro. The upcoming X-series smartphones are rumoured to debut on November 17 in the Chinese market. Ahead of the launch, Vivo product manager Han Boxiao has now revealed the design of the Vivo X100 Pro.
The Vivo X100 Pro design render posted by the company executive showcases the device in a distinct blue ripple glass finish. The back panel of the device also reveals a huge circular camera module. Let us take a closer look at the Vivo X100 Pro design.
The Vivo X100 Pro will feature a blue ripple glass finish and will arrive in a shade of light blue. The smartphone sports a circular camera module on the rear which accommodates four camera sensors. The camera module design is inspired by celestial objects and starry sky backdrop. Vivo claims that the Vivo X100 Pro could be the most beautiful flagship smartphone of the year.
The Vivo X100 Pro is all set to bring major camera upgrades over its prdecessor. The handset will feature a Zeiss tuned quad-rear camera setup which will include a low-light submersible telephoto macro lens. The handset, as per leaks so far, will feature a 12MP Sony IMX663 sensor for ultra-wide-angle shots. The leaks also suggest that Vivo will equip the upcoming X-series flagship with a 64MP periscope lens.
The Vivo X100 Pro is tipped to feature a 120Hz OLED display with a 1.5K resolution. The smartphone might come equipped with a 5400mAh battery unit. It is said to feature support for 100W wired and 50W wireless fast charging. The Vivo X100 series might be the first smartphone to feature LPDDR5T RAM as revealed recently through Vivo X100 AnTuTu benchmark listing. Also, we might see up to 24GB of RAM on the upcoming X-series smartphones.
The Vivo X100 series might feature IP68 rating as per a Chinese tipster. The X100 series devices are tipped to launch in three colour options – Orange, White, and Blue. The White and Blue colour variants of the Vivo X100 series smartphones will feature glass back panel. Whereas, the Orange colour variants will offer leather textured back panel.
