
Vivo has introduced the Vivo X200s and Vivo X200 Ultra flagship smartphones in the Chinese market. The smartphones were unveiled alongside the Vivo Pad 5 Pro and Vivo Pad SE. The Vivo X200s features a newer processor, a larger battery, and a smaller display compared to its predecessor, the Vivo X100s.
The Vivo X200 Ultra comes with a new camera control button and supports a 2.35x telephoto teleconverter kit and a new photographer’s kit. Let’s take a closer look the details.

Vivo X200s and Vivo X200 Ultra: Pricing, Availability
- The Vivo X200s starts at RMB 4,199 (approx. Rs 49,000) for the base variant with a 12GB + 256GB configuration. It comes in Black, White, Mint Blue and Purple colour options.
- In contrast, the Vivo X200 Ultra is priced at RMB 6,499 (approx. Rs 75,850) for the base variant with similar RAM and storage. The device is available in Black, Silver and Red shades.
- The Vivo Zeiss 2.35x telephoto teleconverter kit is priced at RMB 1,299 (approx. Rs 15,150), while the professional imaging kit is available for RMB 699 (around Rs 8,200). Both kits can be purchased together for RMB 1,699 (approx. Rs 19,850).
- Both the smartphones are available for pre-orders on Vivo China’s e-store. The Vivo X200s will be available starting April 25, while the Vivo X200 Ultra will go on sale from April 29.

- Display: The Vivo X200s flaunts a 6.67-inch OLED display with 2800 x 1260 pixels resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The display supports a peak brightness up to 5,000 nits, 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, the DCI P3 colour gamut, HDR10+ and more.
- Processor: It draws power from the latest MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ SoC paired with up to 16GB of LPPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.1 internal storage.
- Software: The smartphone runs on Origin OS 5 based on Android 15 out of the box.
- Rear Cameras: On the optics front, the X200s sports a 50MP Sony IMX 921 main camera with an f/1.57 aperture and OIS. It is paired with a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide camera with an f/2.0 aperture and a 50MP Sony IMX 882 periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and OIS. The smartphone also integrates the V2 imaging chip and supports up to 4K 60 fps video recording.

- Display: The Vivo X200 Ultra sports a 6.82-inch OLED display with 2K (3168 x 1440 pixels) resolution and LTPO 1 to 120Hz refresh rate. The panel has an aspect ratio of 20:9, 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, and DCI P3 colour gamut, HDR10+. It also features armour glass protection.
- Processor: The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, which is paired with up to 16GB of LPPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.1 internal storage.
- Rear Cameras: The X200 Ultra has a 50MP Sony LYT 818 main camera with an f/1.69 aperture and OIS and a 50MP Sony LYT 818 ultrawide camera with an f/2.0 aperture.
