It seems like Vivo is expanding its Y series lineup with the all-new Y18i. Today, the team at MySmartPrice spotted this upcoming device on the BIS, TÜV, and EE certification websites. We have also spotted the device on the popular Geekbench database, which sheds light on some of its key specs. So, let’s take a closer look at Vivo’s upcoming offering.
Vivo Y18i on Geekbench Database
The device appeared with the V414 model number and scored 419 in the single-core and 1,461 in the multicore tests. This indicates that the device will draw power from the Unisoc T612 paired with 4GB of RAM and confirms the presence of Android 14.
Vivo Y18i BIS, TUV, and Other Certification Websites
The Vivo Y18i has also appeared on websites like the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and UK carrier EE’s database with the same V414 model number. Additionally, it has cleared the TÜV certification, carrying the same model number.
Unfortunately, none of these certifications reveal any specifications of Vivo’s upcoming offering.
The Vivo Y18i is likely to join the Vivo Y18 and Vivo Y18e, launched in India earlier this year. Both these devices are budget offerings packed with MediaTek Helio G85 SoCs and 5,000mAh batteries. We expect the Vivo Y18i to be another budget offering from the company. Since not much is known about the Vivo Y18i, its best to wait for more details to appear for a better idea. We will keep you posted, so, stay tuned.
