Vivo Z5i with Snapdragon 675 SoC, 8GB RAM Launching Soon, China Telecom Listing Reveals

Vivo is working on launching a new smartphone dubbed the Vivo Z5i pretty soon. The device (V1941A) with a big 4,920mAh battery and 8GB of RAM has recently got listed on the China Telecom website. The listing has revealed almost all the specifications and the price of the Vivo Z5i.

As per the China Telecom listing, the Vivo Z5i will be kept at an asking price of Yuan 1998.

Starting things off with the display, the Vivo Z5i will sport a 6.53-inch FHD+ display giving out a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. As seen in the pictures, we will get a waterdrop notch coming up with the Vivo Z5i. The Vivo Z5i will measure 162.15×76.47×8.89 mm and will weigh in at 193 grams. The Vivo Z5i will come in three color variants – Agate Black, Spar Blue, Jade Green.

Coming to the cameras of the device, the Vivo Z5i will come equipped with a triple rear camera (16MP + 8MP + 2MP) and a 16MP selfie snapper embedded underneath the notch.

Powering the Vivo Z5i will be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 chipset which will be coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It is not clear as of now as to whether or not there will be scope for further expansion.

As far as the battery of the device is concerned, the Vivo Z5i will be fueled with a massive 4920mAh battery. Sadly enough, the charging port is still USB2.0.

Thankfully, we will get a 3.5mm headphone jack.

As of now, this is all we know about the device and we are not clear as to when the device will be launched, but since the Vivo Z5i has already made it to the China Telecom website, we can expect it to launch pretty soon. Furthermore, the company is also going to launch a bunch of other smartphones like the Vivo S5, Vivo V17, and the Vivo X30 series of smartphones.
