
Xiaomi is gearing up for the launch of the new smartphones in the Xiaomi 15 series for the Chinese markets. Ahead of the development, our folks at MySmartPrice have spotted the Xiaomi 15 Ultra in the MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) certification.
Xiaomi 15 Ultra MIIT Certification
The MIIT certification reveals that Xiaomi could soon launch a new smartphone with the 25019PNF3C model number in China. The “C” in the model number stands for the Chinese variant of the device. The “2501” also indicates that Xiaomi might unveil the flagship smartphone in January 2025.
Apart from the NR SA/NR NSA/TD-LTE/LTE FDD/WCDMA/GSM mobile connectivity, it will also support satellite communication standards. It will support 5G-enhanced mobile broadband (eMBB) technology.
Xiaomi 15 Ultra on Other Certifications
The IMEI listing (with the 25010PN30C model number) revealed the Xiaomi 15 Ultra moniker. The two variants of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra were spotted (via) in the 3C certification with the 25010PN30C and 25019PNF3C model numbers.
Both variants will use the Xiaomi MDY-14-EC adaptor, which supports 90W charging and satellite connectivity. The difference between both smartphones is that the 25010PN30C variant will support calls via the Tiantong satellite connectivity. In contrast, the 25019PNF3C variant supports calls and text via the Beidou satellite connectivity.
