
Vivo has launched the Vivo X200 series in China with the flagship MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC (launched recently), triple cameras, and more. The lineup includes the Vivo X200, Vivo X200 Pro, and Vivo X200 Pro Mini smartphones. Here’s a look at the details.
Vivo X200 Series: Price and Availability
The Vivo X200 and Vivo X200 Pro are available in Sapphire Blue, Titanium White, Moonlight, and Night Black colours. In contrast, the Vivo X200 Pro Min comes in different shades, which include Titanium Blue, Micro Powder, Straight White and Simple Black hues. Vivo has started accepting pre-orders for the flagship Vivo X200 series smartphones in China. The Vivo X200 and Vivo X200 Pro will be available, starting October 19, and the Vivo X200 Pro Mini will go on sale from October 25.
Vivo X200 Series: Features and Specifications
The Vivo X200 series has a big circular rear camera hump and has the Dimensity 9400 chipset, which is the first Android SoC based on the 3nm process.
Vivo has partnered with MediaTek to develop support for offline communication capability, which can push messages up to 1 km without any mobile network using Bluetooth. The tech supports pushing out SOS text broadcasting and one-on-one voice and text communication.
The vanilla Vivo X200 sports a 10-bit quad-curved AMOLED and the Vivo X200 Pro Mini and Vivo X200 Pro also sport a curved AMOLED display. The top-tier Vivo X200 Pro also houses an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner under the curved AMOLED screen.
The phones have OriginOS 5, which has features, including Origin Island, a localised version of Circle-to-Search, an AI model, and more. The triple camera setup on the smartphones includes Zeiss T* optics and Vivo’s in-house V3+ imaging chip for enhanced photography. Take a look at the complete specifications of the smartphone:
