
Motorola has launched a new mid-range smartphone. The company has taken the wraps off the Moto Edge 30 in Europe. The device sits below Motorola’s current flagship, the Edge 30 Pro, which comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. The vanilla Edge 30 also comes with a Snapdragon chipset under the hood.

Motorola Moto Edge 30 Price
Motorola has launched the Moto Edge 30 in select regions. The device comes with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. The base model comes with a price tag of EUR 450 (roughly Rs 36,500). Pricing details of the 8GB + 256GB storage configuration remain unknown at the moment. It has been launched in Aurora Green, Meteor Grey and Supermoon Silver colours.
The device will debut soon in India. However, the exact launch date is unknown at the time of writing this.
Motorola Moto Edge 30 Specifications and Features
The Edge 30 comes with a 6.5-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display. It has a 144Hz refresh rate support. THE 10-bit panel also supports HDR10+ and comes with a centrally aligned hole punch cutout for the front camera.
The phone comes with stereo speakers with support for Dolby Atmos. There is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ SoC under the hood. It comes with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. There is no support for storage expansion via a microSD card slot.
Motorola has launched the smartphone with Android 12 out of the box. It runs a layer of MyUX on top of Android. On the back, there is a triple-camera setup. The phone comes with a 50MP main camera with All-Pixel Autofocus and OIS. It also has a 50MP ultrawide camera with a 118-degree field of view. The ultrawide camera doubles up as a macro sensor. The third sensor is a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies, the phone has a 32MP front camera sensor.
