Motorola has launched the Moto G 5G in India. The new mid-range smartphone from Motorola is currently India’s most affordable 5G smartphone launched at Rs 20,999. The device is also the first in India to come packed with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor which offers 5G support. Moto G 5G specifications include a 6.7-inch LCD, a triple-camera setup, a 5,000 mAh battery, etc. The device will be available for purchase via Flipkart starting December 7. Moto G 5G with Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G, 5,000 mAh battery launched in India
Motorola’s latest 5G smartphone is the first in India to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor. It is also the most affordable 5G smartphone in India. Prior to the Moto G 5G, the OnePlus Nord with Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor was the most affordable 5G smartphone in India priced at Rs 24,999 for the 6GB + 64GB storage option.

Motorola has launched the Moto G 5G in India for Rs 20,999. HDFC Bank card users can claim an additional Rs 1,000 discount on the purchase via Flipkart. For the price, users get 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory. It comes in Frosted Silver and Volcanic Grey colour options.
The smartphone will be available starting December 7 at 12 pm via Flipkart.
Moto G 5G specifications
Moto G 5G features a 6.7-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD with a 1080 x 2340 resolution and a standard 60Hz refresh rate. The screen comes with a hole-punch cutout placed at the top-centre for the front-facing camera. Since it has an LCD, the fingerprint sensor is placed at the back with Motorola’s batwing log engraved on it.
Under the hood, Motorola’s latest smartphone draws its power from an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G processor. It is paired with a Snapdragon X52 modem for 5G connectivity and Adreno 650 GPU for graphics.
The performance unit is paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal memory. Storage can be further expanded up to 1TB via a microSD card. Motorola has also packed a 5,000 mAh battery in the smartphone. It supports 20W TurboPower fast charging.
For optics, the device comes with a triple-camera setup at the back. There is a 48MP primary camera with quad-pixel technology and an aperture of f/1.7. It also has an 8MP ultrawide shooter with an f/2.2 aperture and a 2MP macro camera with an aperture of f/2.4.
The punch-hole cutout at the front houses a 16MP front camera with an aperture of f/2.2.
Connectivity options include 5G, 4G VoLTE, GPS, Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, and USB Type-C port. The device comes with an IP52 certification for protection against dust and water splash.
