Moto G13 and G23 Clear TDRA Certification, Launch Seems Imminent

Motorola is expected to launch a new G-series smartphone – the Moto G13 in the coming months. The upcoming Moto G13 with model number XT2331 has already been spotted on the NBTC and FCC certification websites. Now, we have spotted the Moto G13 with model number XT2331-3 on the TDRA certification. Alongside the Moto G13, the Moto G23 with model number XT2333-5 has also cleared TDRA certification.

To those unaware, the Moto G13 has the codename Penang, Whereas, the Moto G23 has the codename Penang Plus. The Penang Plus (Moto G23) was earlier spotted on the FCC certification website. Let us take a closer look at the details.

The TDRA listing for the Moto G13 and Moto G23 reveals the model numbers only, which are mentioned above. Apart from it, the TDRA listing doesn’t reveal anything about the upcoming smartphones. However, the Moto G13 and Moto G23 with codenames Penang and Penang Plus were earlier spotted on the FCC certification website.

The FCC certification listing for the Moto G13 revealed that it will be powered by a 5000mAh battery. The smartphone will also support 20W fast charging. The leaked render of the device revealed that the upcoming G-series smartphone will offer a dual-rear camera setup and an LED flash. The Moto G13 will offer a display panel with a centered punch-hole notch.

The Moto G23 was also spotted on the FCC certification website which revealed support for 33W fast charging. Apart from it, nothing much is known about the Moto G13 and Moto G23 in terms of specifications. However, we can expect to learn more about the Moto G13 and Moto G23 in the coming weeks as these appear on other certification websites.
