A couple of weeks ago, an upcoming Motorola smartphone with model number XT2331-1 and codename Penang was spotted on the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) certification database. Now, we have spotted the Moto XT2331-3 on the NBTC certification website. Based on the model number, Moto XT2331-3 appears to be a variant of the Moto XT2331-1 which was earlier spotted on FCC. Further, the latest certification listing for the Moto XT2331-3 reveals the moniker of the device, which is Moto G13.
Alongside, we have spotted the Moto XT2331-2 on the Bureau of Indian Standards certification website. This could be the Indian variant of the device. The appearance of the device on multiple certification websites hints at an imminent launch. The Moto G13 will be the first Motorola smartphone with a G1x moniker and will likely sit below Moto G2x series smartphones. Let us take a closer look at the Moto G13.
The Moto G13 made an appearance on the NBTC database with the model number XT2331-3. The listing only reveals the model number and the moniker of the device. In terms of specifications, nothing has been revealed in the Moto G13 NBTC certification listing. However, previously, the Moto G13 with model number XT2331-3 was spotted on the FCC certification database.
Going by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) certification database listing, the Moto G13 will come equipped with a 5000mAh battery and 20W fast charging support. The renders of the upcoming G-series smartphone have also leaked in the past. The smartphone will offer a dual-rear camera setup and an LED flash. It will feature a centered punch-hole notch display.
As of now, only this much is known about the Moto G13. However, we can expect to learn more about the device in the coming days as it makes an appearance on other certification websites.
