Motorola is rumoured to be working towards the launch of two new Moto G-series smartphones for the Indian market. The handsets Motorola is expected to soon announce in India are expected to be the Moto G60 and the Moto G40 Fusion. Both these devices are tipped to be powered by Snapdragon 732G chipset, as revealed by Mukul Sharma, aka Stufflistings yesterday. Additionally, we even saw a new leak a few days ago, which revealed that the one Moto G series device will house a 108MP primary camera and a 32MP front camera. Moto G60, Moto G40 Fusion To Pack 6000mAh Battery

If we go through the information shared by Mukul Sharma, both the Moto G60 and the Moto G40 Fusion will sport a 120Hz HDR10 display. Additionally, these devices will draw power from a massive 6000mAh battery, as revealed by Mukul Sharma. Both these handsets are expected to offer similar specs, except that they might come with a different camera configuration. Under the hood, both the Moto G60 and the G40 might ship with Snapdragon 732G SoC. On the software side of things, we can expect these phones to run Android 11 out of the box.


In terms of imaging, the Moto G60 is supposed to feature a quad-camera setup. The device is expected to incorporate a 108MP primary camera. For the selfies and video-calling, the phone might sport a 32MP camera. On the other hand, the Moto G40 is rumoured to feature a 64MP triple-camera setup at the rear and a 16MP front camera. The Moto G40 is expected to be launch in 4GB/6GB RAM options along with 64GB/128GB internal storage, while the Moto G60 might ship with 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Both these handsets are expected to sport a 6.78-inch display with FHD resolution.

As of now, Motorola is yet to officially confirm the launch date of these devices in India. However, now that leaks regarding these handsets have started emerging out, we can expect Motorola to soon announce the Moto G40, Moto G60 launch date for the Indian market.
