Moto G7 Power Live Images, Specifications, Pricing Details Leaked; Expected to Launch Soon

After pitching its game on the higher ground with the Motorola One Power, the Lenovo-owned brand is now gearing up to bring new phones. These new smartphones will be part of the Moto G series, succeeding as Moto G7 after the Moto G6 lineup that debuted last year. We recently reported on the Moto G7 lineup along with their renders and expected specs. In the latest scoop, SlashLeaks have reported the pricing of the upcoming Moto G7 Power smartphone alongside its specifications and live images. Let’s check out all the details.

Moto G7 Power Live Images Surface With Alleged Pricing

In total, Motorola is tipped to launch four phones under the G7 lineup. SlashLeaks have reported about the Moto G7 Power, which has been rumored to be the one among the four phones that are expected to make a debut soon under the G-series. As per the leak, the pricing of the Moto G7 Power in Brazil has been set at R$1,399 that roughly converts to INR 26,599.

Going by the leaked live images of the Moto G7 Power smartphone, it has got an uncanny resemblance with the Moto One Power. However, there is one difference that comes in the form of the notch size. The notch on the G7 Power appears to be smaller than the notch on the One Power. It’s worth noting that the Moto G7 and the G7 Plus images show off a waterdrop notch, which means that Motorola did not bother about saving screen real estate on the G7 Power. Not just a wider notch, the G7 Power also gets a broad chin at the bottom that features the Motorola branding as well.

Coming to the rear side of the G7 Power, the phone boasts a glossy finish. We are in two minds whether it is a glass back panel. There is a single lens rear camera on the rear inside a circular module clubbed with LED flash. The back panel also features a fingerprint sensor.

Moto G7 Power Leaked Specifications

Coming to the leaked specifications as shown in one of the live images, the Moto G7 Power has a massive 5,000mAh battery backing it with support for TurboPower charging. Well, this goes hand in hand with the ‘Power’ moniker and also aligns with the Moto One Power smartphone that created a buzz with its battery capacity that also became its USP. Other specifications include a 6.2-inch HD+ notched display with an aspect ratio of 19:9. An octa-core 1.8GHz processor will power the smartphone, which we think is the Snapdragon 632 but that remains to be confirmed. The phone features 3GB of RAM. Optics-wise, the phone will sport a 12MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera.

These specifications suggest that the Moto G7 Power is going to be a budget offering. We wonder how Motorola will be pricing this phone for the Indian market. After the success of the Moto One Power, the brand would sure want to tread carefully and pit the G7 Power wisely. What’s your take on the leaked specs and live images of the G7 Power?
