After launching the Moto G52 recently, Motorola appears to be prepping up for yet another smartphone launch. The Moto G82 5G is an upcoming G-series smartphone going by what Evan Blass and 91mobiles report claim. The report also reveals the first look and the specifications of the upcoming Moto G82 5G.
The Moto G82 5G is codenamed Rhode 5G+ and will be the company’s first handset with G8x moniker. It is expected to be an upper mid-range smartphone and is expected to make a debut shortly. The Moto G52 is said to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor and a 5000mAh battery. The handset could come with a 6.55-inch pOLED display and a 50MP camera setup. Moto G82 5G Renders and Design
The Moto G82 5G renders reveal that the upcoming handset will feature exactly the same design language as that of the Moto G52. This means that the handset will feature a full-screen display and a centered punch hole notch. The back panel of the device will offer a triple-rear camera setup inside an oval-shaped module which will reside in the top left corner.

The Moto G82 5G is said to feature a 6.55-inch Full HD+ pOLED display with a 402ppi pixel density, 120Hz refresh rate, and about 88% screen-to-body ratio. The device is said to be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor and up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM. As per the report, the handset will come in a 128GB storage configuration.
The Moto G82 5G will come with a triple rear camera setup including a 50MP primary shooter with OIS support. Accompanying it could be an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies and video calls, it is said to offer a 16MP snapper.
The upcoming Moto handset is said to be equipped with a 5000mAh battery unit and 33W fast charging support. It will offer a 3.5mm audio jack and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The handset is also said to come with IP52 splash-resistant rating.
